You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application

3. User Content

Your rights to your content:

You retain all rights to the content you create
You grant MapVerse a license to display your content on the Application
You can delete your content at any time

Prohibitions:

You agree not to:

Post illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post copyrighted content without permission
Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to hack or compromise the security of the Application
Post spam or duplicate content

4. Intellectual Property

MapVerse and its content (design, code, features) are protected by copyright
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Application without permission
Personal and non-commercial use is allowed

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties.

MapVerse is not liable for direct or indirect damages
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Application
We are not responsible for content posted by users
Your use of the Application is at your own risk

6. Suspension and Termination

MapVerse reserves the right to:

Suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms
Remove content that violates these terms
Discontinue the Application at any time with reasonable notice

7. Modifications to the Application

MapVerse may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or certain features at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for the consequences of such modifications.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will be resolved by competent courts.
